Charissa has been involved with recovery ministry and 12 Step groups in an ongoing basis since 2007, with specific training in Celebrate Recovery. She is on the Board of Directors for Recovery for Life and is the Assistant Director and Teaching Director at Recovery for Life at Northwest Bible Church in Dallas, TX.
Charissa formerly founded/co-led Journey Groups (a grief and recovery ministry) at c|Life church in Sunnyvale and Forney, TX.
